Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with labels (it does NOT need to be in the original packaging). You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Returns are at the customer's expense, except for those covered by the 2-year warranty provided by the manufacturer.
To initiate a return, you can contact us at info@devildrape.com. Note that returns must be sent to the following address: Via dello scalo 14, 50058 Signa (FI).
If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label upon payment of the shipping cost if necessary (alternatively, it can be arranged by the customer), along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can assess the issue and resolve it.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Some types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (special orders or personalized items). Contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
Product exchanges are not carried out.
14-day return period for the European Union
Regardless of the above, if the merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
As above, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with labels (it does NOT need to be in the original packaging). You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
